Angela Olivier2024-07-17I've worked in the vet care industry for 20 years. Boone, my mischievous Coonhound, ate several toys and needed a vet ASAP. I called Staring and they could see him right away. He was given excellent care, I was given several treatment options, and he made a full recovery! (I highly recommend Dr Dickson. She is so caring, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She came in to check on Boone personally while he was hospitalized overnight. I also want to mention that several staff members called to check on Boone. I really appreciated them!) Since then, I have brought Boone and Penny in for routine check ups. I am thoroughly impressed at the organization and cleanliness of the facility. Every staff member is positive and helpful. I was floored that both vets, Dr Faucheux and Dr Berryhill, called to talk me through concerns and treatment options. They once again gave options and insight that were much appreciated. The vets are top-notch, the staff is wonderful, and the location is great. Lastly, I want to mention that pet insurance is worth it! Boone contracted heartworms before we adopted him, and between Zoetis and Pumpkin, we will only pay a fraction of a $2000 treatment. I love the service and the way they care for my fur baby. At times he can be a handful with all his energy and noticing other animals while in the clinic. However, the doctors and the staff always take excellent care of my 2 year old Labradoodle, Milo. Sheila HackleyI love this place first of all. I can't wait to switch our other pup over to this clinic. Our first interaction with this place was AMAZING. Everyone is friendly, including the vet. He was so knowledgeable and honest; he gave his personal opinion and was very straightforward, but funny and lighthearted. He was thorough in explaining my dog's condition and possible outcomes; he even explained the disease/risks with a post-it note! His vet techs were great - my dog felt comfortable with her despite being in a new place. Since our first visit, I've called multiple times because I'm an anxious new pet mom and they have given me so much advice as well as patience. My dog's procedure was this morning and our vet called to personally update me on her status. He explained my dog's issue, the surgery process, outcome, and more! It is such a joy working with this business. Thank you for making our tough times better! Keep up the GREAT work!!. February 15, 2024
